If you have a child turning five before September 30, 2026 please contact the New Durham School at 603-859-2061 or e-mail for an appointment on April 10, 2026. 

What is required: 

  • Proof of Residency:

    • Certificate of Residency

    • Rent Receipt

    • Social Service Papers 

    • Documentation of home ownership (Mortgage Bill, Utility Bill) 

    • Court Placement

  • Any legal Documentation regarding custody issues 

  • Birth Certificate 

  • Physical & Immunization Record
